Colin Caygill Events supply tables, chairs and power for the appropriate booking, exhibitors will need to supply their own table coverings, lighting and display stands.
Access for unloading is at 7.30am for all Fairs.
We politely ask that exhibitors remain till the close of the Fair at 4pm, or 3.30pm at Hexham.
Exhibitors please note that full payment for stands will be invoiced unless cancellation is received not less than 6 days prior to event.
All portable electrical equipment (table lamps, spotlights) must have an annual safety check and current annual test pass label attached to each appliance to comply with Health and Safety regulations.
