January 2015 News

RAINBOW CENTRE, Coulby Newham.

The Rainbow Centre continues to go from strength to strength with each Fair, growing and attracting more visitors. Business was brisk for exhibitors and spending high from a very enthusiastic crowd on Teeside. Many exhibitors have requested that the Fair should happen more regularly and I can now confirm that the Rainbow Centre will appear throughout our 2015 programme of Fairs.
Our next visit to Coulby Newham is on Sunday 15th February.

Our long awaited return to Kendal on Sunday 21st September was a resounding success. It was a very busy day with a hall full of exhibitors and crowds of enthusiastic visitors demanding that we should return to the South Lakes more often. Not many of you will know that CCE established the Fair in July 1989, which ran six times a year. Kendal is now in the hands of North Country Leisure, the operators of Hexham and Alnwick Leisure Centres and having been invited back, I am thrilled to say that the forward bookings are extremely positive and the Centre will be part of the 2015 programme. Our next visit to Kendal is on Sunday 29th March.

A great scoop for 2015! I am thrilled to announce our first visit to this North Yorkshire Dales town just two miles from the A1 at Scotch Corner. The Fair will be held in the new glass building adjacent to the large landscaped car park. Richmond Sixth Form College is part of the former Richmond Grammar School established in 1568. Our first Fair will take place on Sunday 22nd March.

Despite extreme cold and snow showers serious buyers battled against the elements to keep most exhibitors happy at this coastal venue. CCE will visit Hartlepool College just three times in 2015 with our next Fair being held on Sunday 31st May.
